Debbie Davis

Chief Administrative Officer

Growing up a military brat, Debbie (she/her) learned to welcome all kinds of folks to her community.  That serves her well as Chief Administrative Officer. Debbie works on overall administration, the development of new affordable properties, and oversees the Asset Management team as well as the Finance Department.  She holds a BA from Bemidji State University with a secondary teaching certificate from the University of Minnesota.  Debbie has worked in the affordable housing and social services industry for over 38 years, many of those at New Mexico's Mortgage Finance Authority.  She represents SHCNM on the Affordable Housing Committee for the Apartment Association of New Mexico.  Debbie loves crafty things, spending many hours paper-crafting.  She is proud of her family – sister, daughter, son in law, and her wonderful grandson.
