Housing Quality Technician

Jeff (he/him) grew up on the east coast in Southern Maryland. He has been in the maintenance field working for 15 years and moved from Maryland to Albuquerque New Mexico in 2012. He has learned so much about mental health by working for SHCNM and is very thankful for the experience. As a Housing Quality Technician, Jeff maintains the Redlands property, takes care of tenant work orders, and prepares vacant units for the next tenant. He also supports with Housing Quality Standard inspections, inspecting the condition and livability of units.
