Ashley Griffin is a Texas transplant, moving from San Angelo in 2022. She still wears boots and says “howdy” and “y’all”. Ashley studied Communications and Technical Writing at Tarleton State University and has a two-year technical degree in Graphic Design. She spent previous years working in news and at CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates for Foster Children) programs.

In her work role, she spends her time looking for ways to fund and improve programming, so SHCNM can give real solutions to as many people struggling with housing as possible.

At home Ashley spends time with her husband of 13 years, Seth, her 10-year-old daughter, Lucy, and her two dogs, Porthos and Scout. Ashley enjoys collecting comic books and exploring used bookstores.
