Housing Programs

As the largest housing provider in the state of New Mexico, SHCNM administers over 300 permanent supportive housing vouchers for various housing programs in New Mexico. SHCNM partners with the New Mexico Coalition to End Homelessness.

Coordinated Entry System (CES) provides us with the majority of our referrals for individuals and families who are currently experiencing homelessness and have disabling conditions.

To see if you are eligible for a referral please call CES at 505-217-9570 or text 505-226-3848.

Upon entry into one of our various housing programs, program participants are connected with a Housing & Services Coordinator to help them navigate the transition from homelessness to housing by providing support with connections to housing leads and community based-services tailored towards each participant’s self-identified goals. While the program does not require acceptance of services, each participant is offered the opportunity to engage with services.
