Associate Director of Asset Management

Natalie joined SHCNM September 12, 2022. She has over 30 years of experience in housing and home ownership. Natalie worked 16 years at NM Mortgage Finance Authority (MFA) and worked for several years at various mortgage companies. Natalie has extensive experience working with HUD and HUD programs. She has managed several programs including: Permanent Supportive Housing, the Continuum of Care (CoC), Housing Opportunities for People with Aids (HOPWA), Emergency Solution Grant (ESG) and Rental Assistance Program (RAP). Currently, Natalie manages two properties, Sunport Plaza, and Redlands. Sunport is an affordable housing apartment complex. Redlands is a HUD 811 apartment complex. She also oversees two property managers at Chuska in Gallup, and Vista Gallinas in Las Vegas.

Natalie has lived in NM for her entire life and truly enjoys all the state has to offer.
