D'Nessa McDaniel embarked on a new chapter in her professional journey by joining SHCNM in April 2024, bringing with her a rich background in property management that spans over six years. As a passionate Activist and Poet in New Mexico, Nessa effectively collaborated with several non-profit organizations to offer creative writing workshops for the youth, fostering a love for the art form and inspiring positive change in the community. Now, as the Director of Asset Management at SHCNM, Nessa looks forward to connecting with residents, supporting her colleagues, and empowering the communities they serve.
