We’re hiring a Staff Accountant

The Supportive Housing Coalition of New Mexico is looking for a Staff Accountant. The SA performs grant billings, payroll, journal entries, and account & bank reconciliations under the direction of the CFO. The position also reviews accounts payable and cash receipts transactions. Ability to manage to specific deadlines is critical. Experience with Federally funded programs preferred. Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills a must. Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Word and Excel also required. Proficiency with Abila MIP preferred.
